The Benefits of Body Detox!

Abusing our bodies for years with unhealthy diet, medications, cigarette smoke, pollution, stress and other factors can cause chaos in our system and throw everything out of balance, leading to all sorts of illnesses along with weight gain.

Solid foods should not be eaten throughout the program, which can be anywhere from 10 days to 90 days, based on the need. Since the body gets all the essential vitamins and minerals, it is said to provide enough nutrition and does not lead to starvation. The best part about master cleanse is that it not only cleanses the body and gets rid of toxins but also removes cravings for alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, coffee, tea, colas and other habits of addictive nature.
